Training

  • Athletic Groups

    This program is designed for athletes ages 12 and up. Clients are thoroughly evaluated to start. We use this first session to gather the information necessary to prepare training based on each athlete, taking into account strengths, areas of improvement, injuries, etc. Following the assessment, athletes train in a group setting. We offer training M-F. MWF consists of strength and power training and TTH consists of speed, mobility, and auxiliary training for a total athlete, comprehensive approach.

  • Adult Fitness Groups

    This program is designed for adults (male and female) who desire to decrease body fat, improve strength, enhance mobility, and increase quality of life. There is specific programming for beginners, intermediate, and advanced adult clients with coaching oversight to optimize the training session.

  • Youth Athlete Program

    This program is designed for youth athletes ages 7-11. Our goal is to improve overall athleticism by working with the athletes on running form, change of direction, hand-eye coordination, and strength.

  • REMOTE TRAINING

    This program is designed for individual adults and athletes who desire optimal training, but can not attend in person group training. Programming will be individualized based on the athletes goals, sport, injuries, etc. An initial evaluation can be done in person, or a basic evaluation and informational meeting can be done via phone.

    Clients will be fully supported remotely.
